1. General Fund Trends: spending outgrew growth in revenue by $9,602,102.00.
2. DouglasCounty Government Salaries and Wage Appropriation grows 3.4 times faster than the County’s population.
3. Tax anticipated notes (Loans) grew up by 100%.
4. The County is unable to maintain 10% Reserves policy:

DouglasvilleGA: Republican candidate for chairman of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners Igor Malanchuk said he is disappointed that his opponent Tom Worthan refuses to debate him in a public forum after Worthan said twice that he would attend a debate if the GOP hosted it.
Malanchuk said it is important for the public to see the two candidates talk about the issues that concern voters… taxes, pension funds and wasteful government spending.

Douglasville, GA: Republican challenger Igor Malanchuk , 43, said he is ready to debate Douglas County Commission Chairman Tom Worthan in a public forum about the future of the county.

( www.TomWorthan.com)… Apparently, Worthan used that domain names in his 2004 campaign but had neglected to reregister the name allowing anyone who wanted it to claim it.
